Laura is "mom" to three sons, their wives and five grand-babies. Having earned a BA in music performance from Canadian Nazarene College she has lead music for family camp meetings across the country, as well as children and youth camps and local churches on Canada West District.

Rick (BA, THB, MDiv) has served on international and district boards as well as local church and compassionate ministries on Canada West District. His twenty years with Correctional Services Canada included chaplaincy, wellness, and mental health files.

Together they have embraced a new adventure with the Westlock Church of the Nazarene.
